[Proposal] Provide an AI solution

This proposal seeks to add a functionality that uses AI.

The objective is to generate a commit message using AI like ai-commit does.

This proposal takes care of multiple ways to do that:

  1. Use an OPENAI key.
  2. Use an Ollama Provider.
  3. Use any model from Hugging Face.
