Out-of-band callback URL

Is it possible to specify or edit the code that will allow the callback URL to be set to 'oob'? To allow:

Out-of-band handling is triggered by setting the callback URL to the string oob. Rather than redirect after authorization, the site will instead display the verifier code to the user, which they then copy-and-paste or otherwise provide to the application.
