Hi, thank your for sharing this interesting work! I am interested in this method and want to try it on my own data. However, I noticed that the main codes named SDGCCA.py and tqdm.py were not provided. Could you please share the complete code? Many thanks!

Hi all,
Thank you very much for your interest in my work on Advanced Deep Canonical
Correlation Analysis (ADGCCA). I was traveling recently and unable to check
my emails regularly.
I'm pleased to inform you that I have now updated the repository with all
the necessary codes: https://github.com/rongzhou7/ADCCA. Additionally, a
detailed README document has been added to guide you through the setup and
execution process. You should find this comprehensive and helpful for
implementing the method on your data.
Regarding the tqdm.py file you mentioned, it is not a separate code file
but a widely used Python library for displaying progress bars. You can
easily install it in your Python environment by running pip install tqdm or
by ensuring it's included in your environment setup, as specified in the
env.yaml file of the repository.
I truly appreciate your interest in my research and hope these updates will
assist you in your endeavors. Should you have any further questions or need
more assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,
Rong Zhou
