material-ui/lib is not found

ERROR in ./app/index.js
Module not found: Error: Cannot resolve module 'material-ui/lib/star/app
@ ./app/index.js 51:24-67
In attempting to compile and run this, it complains that none of the components exist under material-ui/lib. This is true because material-ui does not contain a lib directory.
Please advise.
