Change PNG resources to Vector Drawables

Expected Behavior

All the app icons should use XML resources.

Current Behavior

As of today, there are quite a few icons are still in PNG.

Possible Solution

It would be better to change those icons with Vector Drawables. All of them can be easily found and replaced.
