Should highlight jargon in any text, not just p tags

If I run jargone on a page which has jargon inside li and other text content, it should be highlighted.
For example, this list would make a great test (all the items in the list should be highlighted).
It currently only looks for jargon words in p tags

Maybe pull in something like https://github.com/gorhill/Javascript-Text-Highlighter/blob/master/dohighlight.js (via Frank Jania) or http://bartaz.github.com/sandbox.js/jquery.highlight.html ?
