Open and close the drawer causes black strip down the side

I'm experiencing this issue only on iPhone SE. Every time I open and close the drawer, the black strip down the side gets bigger. The conent gets less wide each time.
version: "react-native-drawer": "^2.3.0",
react native version: "react-native": "0.55.4",
