Implementation of an out-of-band protocol is necessary to establish a remote connection between wallets.

Implement DIDComm out-of-band.
DIDComm out-of-band is in Draft status, so consider this effort as a test implementation subject to change.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative is RFC-0434
The Aries implementation is more mature but the trend is pointing to DIDComm v2 adoption. Both specifications are very similar anyway.
