Try to find a way to set default hotkeys

I am not sure if this is possible. The hotkey settings seem to be stored for each user and are preserved across sessions.

No worries! To clarify 'automatically': you CAN do it, but you have to have a dialogue that asks user permission or a self explanatory method like `set_rstudio_keybindings()`.

rsam does comply now with CRAN policy, I just haven't resubmitted. the onload functions were added to have a user confirmation step.
