documentation to use the plugin

Hi,

Where do I find documentation on how to use this plugin? As in, what tags to use in the urdf/sdf, the variables needed etc.
I noticed that the tag I should be using is the camera sensor one (?), but I can't seem to get it to work.

As it stands this is a minimal example of implementing a Mode-C style radar return. There's likely a lot of features and functionality that needs to be fleshed out and documented.
