Cannot use a grid VGPU

Describe your issue here and explain how to reproduce it.
I am using a RTX6000 vgpu, Rviz only use the vmware SVGAII, resulting in low frame rate.

- OS Version: e.g. Ubuntu 20.04
- ROS Distro: [Noetic]

Maybe you need to explicitly specify which GPU to use, e.g. using environment variables?
