Xosera ANSI terminal broken in dev firmware

In current 2.2.DEV firmware, Xosera ANSI terminal does not work. I suspect this is due to the switch to BCD for the firmware revision.
Specifically, from a quick investigation, it looks like the str_dec routine may not like that change.
