The Source Code Undesirables in R have been obtained using Static and Dynamic Code Analysis tools, into the ../metrics/pylint_metrics_R.txt and the ../metrics/flake8_metrics_R.txt

We need to identify the False Positives and False Negatives by analysis of all the undesirables obtained above.
