Describe the bug
Cannot build iOS version from Xamarin.Forms application on iOS build pipeline
Build configuration:
Ad-Hoc|iPhone
Exceptions (if applicable)
MTOUCH : error MT2002: Failed to resolve "System.Collections.Generic.Queue`1" reference from "mscorlib, Version=2.0.5.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7cec85d7bea7798e" [/Users/vsts/agent/2.155.1/work/21/s/xxxxxx.iOS.csproj]

Fixed by updating agent pipeline to Xcode 11 and mono 6.4.0
