Privacy issues from Apple

I'm getting a notification from Apple regarding privacy. They claim that my app is somehow violating come of their privacy policies and I've noticed that if a user check on their Facebook profile my app appears under Off-Facebook Activity stating that my app shares some information with Facebook.
Is this the way this should work??
