Can't rename app_process32 - device or resource busy

I'm running an Mi A1 with Oreo 8.1.0 API 27, with the AospExtended ROM 5.7

I installed the Xposed Installer 3.1.5

I recently flashed the tissot_images_V9.5.11.0.ODHMIFA_8.0 Oreo Update, but before this, when I'd click the cloud icon in the Xposed Installer to download and install the framework this worked ok, now I get this error message;

mv: can't rename '/system/bin/app_process32': Device or resource busy Error 1 occured

I tried to flash xposed in TWRP, same problem...

If you need any logs, please let me know, I hope this can be fixed soon.

Ok after making this post, I went back and flashed the Stock Oreo Image that first came out for the Mi A1;

tissot_images_8.1.10_20180110.0000.00_8.0_8ea503201b

This is January 2018 Level, and there is already May Updates out.

Then after flashing back the Stock Oreo, I then flashed AospExtended 5.7, and now the framework installed through the installer, but trying to flash the May update tissot_images_V9.5.11.0.ODHMIFA_8.0 it doesn't work....

I hope this can be fixed to work with the latest Oreo.

I've attached a screen shot showing it installed on the Stock Oreo.
