db level accuracy

right now the lowest db seems to be calculated around -134 however I account for -400 as that is considered silence.
the UI normalizes the db to be used in accordance with the height standards for swiftUI and there is some compensation to account for never really reaching -400.
lets make sure the calculations are correct from stream data to true decibel and also that the UX feels good with the UI component for metering
