GroundRadar plugin: On Frequency-State

When assigning the ON FREQ-Groundstatus of GRPlugin, CDM deletes all entries except TOBT. At least they are no longer displayed in the List Tag Items, I could not check yet wether they are also deleted in the flight strip.

EDIT: I was using V2.0.8.

It only detects Euroscope states.
STUP, PUSH, TAXI, DEPA.

Affirm works in newest version.
