Ready TOBT not always synchronised with slaves

During a trial with the plugin in Zurich, we discovered that updates were not always pushed to the slaves. This was the case in different cases when using "only" the "Ready TOBT" function (by the DEL controller, which was logged in as master). All associated times were not visible to other controllers, even if other "Ready TOBT" messages for ofther aircraft were set. Only a manual set of a TOBT resolved this issue.
Unfortunately, we weren't able to determine what made the difference that it worked in most of the cases, but not in some others.
