Getting Syntax Highlighting to work

Hey, great blog!
I use the same theme under henningsway.rbind.io, but the Syntax Highlighting for r code is not yet working for me. I think bootstrap may be masking it. Did you experience similar issues?
Any pointers, what to do?

just in case, if you have any infos/ ideas regarding calintat/minimal#61 - please let me know. :) It would be nicer for feedreaders, but I don't really know hugo that well, to tweak the theme myself.
