Copy and paste from subs and definitions doesn't work

This was reported via email by Nicolás Castañeda and also mentioned in issue #20. I think it used to work, perhaps there was a regression. This is especially annoying when trying to copy definitions/etc into the Anki import window.

I'm not sure if something changed in a past version, but in the current code the behavior I'm seeing is that if there is a green "special" selection of subtitle text, that text will always get copied if the user does a copy, even if they had some other selected text they meant to copy (e.g. in a definition). I am going to fix this by just not doing the special copy of green-selected subtitle text if there is any other
selection in the document.
