There's a spot in @Mats reserved for the Native Village mat. The only hard part is going to be deciding when to take cards off the mat.

Do you think that having an AI remember the cards on the map would be too powerful and "all knowing", or should an AI be able to remember perfectly? If the latter, send a state to gainPriority and figure out if the cards on the mat would make a higher card on the gainPriority accessible. Thoughts?

I think it's totally acceptable for the AI to have a perfect memory.

A higher card on the gainPriority than what?
