Examples in README.md broken

The examples in README.md are not being rendered correctly on GitHub for some (probably syntactical) reason.

Hi!
I just tested the examples, and they all seem to render fine. One exception is the order of id and class in one of the first <div> examples, which will still produce the same output in a browser. Could you cite the example(s) that you're talking about?
Since it's been 3 ½ years since this issue was opened and I cannot find a problem in the README, I'm closing this issue. Please reopen it with a cited example if I've missed something. Thanks!
