Pack Rat hex is missing

I noticed the Pack Rat hex is missing from the PNG and SVG folders, but is in the meta folder. I saw it here: https://github.com/maxogden/hexbin/blob/gh-pages/hexagons/packrat.png.

We are no longer printing the packrat sticker
