Pulling down image returning 503 error

Our builds started failing last night. Seeing this error

***[group]Pull down action image 'ghcr.io/rtcamp/action-slack-notify:v2.2.0'
  ***[command]/usr/bin/docker pull ghcr.io/rtcamp/action-slack-notify:v2.2.0
  Error response from daemon: Head "https://ghcr.io/v2/rtcamp/action-slack-notify/manifests/v2.2.0": received unexpected HTTP status: 503 Service Unavailable
  Warning: ***[warning]Docker pull failed with exit code 1, back off 5.589 seconds before retry.

Thoughts? Thanks!
