Enhancement: To show action failure error

Hello,
I would like to create an issue for the enhancement of this workflow. Enhancement is to add a field for showing what error caused the action to fail or at least show the GitHub Annotations of that workflow.
Example:
If a workflow got an error due to ERROR: Unexpected exit code [1].
The Slack alert should have a field:
Error:
ERROR: Unexpected exit code [1]
