On Linux, Google Chrome's recent release of v97 seems to have a regression with drag'n'drop functionality.
On other OS', the bug doesn't seem to be present.
Confirmed per SortableJS/Sortable#2117 and multiple browser bugs [1] [2]

Confirmed this got fixed with Chrome v97.0.4692.99.
