"Error: can't convert Fixnum into String" when installing under SLES 11 SP1 with Puppet 3.6.2

Hi!
I try to install via:
puppet module install rtyler/jenkins --debug
inside a vagrant shell provisioner on a SLES 11 SP1 virtualbox.
This it the output:
