Multi Network Support!

Would be really nice to have multi-network support, I love the runtime reloading/rescanning, but the fact that I !rescan doesn't doesn't go for all the bots I have (considering I have to start multiple bots to connect to multiple networks). Gets a bit tedious.

Thanks, this is something I think that was long planned for RBot but was never quite realized. It requires quite a lot of refactoring, but I put it on the agenda. Also obviously multi protocol support would be great but is even harder to make work without breaking existing plugins.
