Make the "Impersonate" banner more prominent

Currently there is a functionality to for a Supervisor to "impersonate" a volunteer.
Log in as an admin, find a volunteer volunteers/:id/edit and select impersonate
The only way to tell that you are impersonating a volunteer is to either a) notice you can't do admin things or b) see the small impersonation banner.
Make this more prominent. You can have fun with this one. Maybe something like
Idk 🤷. But don't actually kill the text readability like I did. 🙂
