After customers upload the doc file , in admin panel how to check it?
For it option or function no provided.
How to solve this problem?
we can figure this out by going to the source in the ruby files

Probably this is an error in source code in Ruby, I believe that this can not be solved by any stack panel, so let's find the logs and look at the source code. Your server is local or in some vps cloud application like: amazon, digital ocean, etc?
It is hosted in Digital Ocean server.
System version is Ubuntu 16.04 server.
I believe it's better to install Debian 9 as a reference for github, but as its installation seems to me to have worked and the error may actually be in the source code, in ruby, which error message do you get? or is this something you want to implement in a new version?
In Debian system no compile and in there occur this issues.

So I select Ubuntu system.
