mustachify.me can be quite slow, especially on first load, maybe we can swap it out for something else?

I can't seem to find any other "augment-a-photo-of-my-face-as-a-service" apis like mustachify.me 😒, but I did find https://github.com/foo123/HAAR.js/ which is a javascript face detection algorithm (others are available if this one doesn't suit). I'm sure we could think up with something fun to do with that.

I've (temporarily?) remove the link to this functionality, in case it helps us postpone having to think about how it manage it with anonymisation, and get the Manor ball rolling sooner.

I'll take a crack at [#21] and then I think we can restore this page as-is. If we remove the link I don't know if it'll be enough (folk'll remember the old url).

Having changed the metric, I've turned the champs page back on (see c3df862) as I think it's good to have it.
