Create "next projects" page

Create a public portfolio of initiatives and a roadmap. It would probably be something like http://next.travis-ci.com, publicly showing the road map, progress, and completed work. Maybe even automatically updated when we adjust the cards in rubytogether/projects.

The projects endpoint is in early access right now, though https://developer.github.com/v3/repos/projects/
