The latest version of xdg in this repository is 2.2.3 that was released in 2012.
The newer versions of xdg are available in another repository: https://github.com/bkuhlmann/xdg which is actively maintained.
This repository should mention that it is outdated and point to the new repository. The owner may also consider archiving this repository.
