Moving sourcing of local scripts to bash_local broke PS1

To get dotfiles-manager out of the business of managing the scripts directory (and to fix #1), code to source local scripts was moved to bash_local to. Due to this, sourcing of scripts (specifically the git PS1 script) now occurs after PS1 is constructed. What this means is that the portion of PS1 is now broken.
