Privacy implications: Describe what websites could do

The current privacy policy is quite technical, but misses to explicitly state some privacy implications:
- pro privacy: websites do not get your Mastodon handle anymore (you do not need to enter it on foreign sites)
- contra privacy: websites may detect that you use this add-on (trigger a redirect), but you would very likely see this (because this add-on should not redirect iframes or so), so in effect they only detect so if you click some button/link that redirects you to your own instance.
