Translation update notification

If translations are updated, I'll comment here so translators have a chance to update the translation files in a new release.
I'll make this "read-only" i.e. lock it, so you can safely subscribe to this issue without getting annoyed by off-topic comments. Open a new issue or so if something is to be said/discussed about a translation.
v.1.3 is about to be released as all major issues for the milestone are fixed.
So there are two knew things to translate:
- one new option in the settings: #46
- the changelog for v1.3
- some changes in the AMO description
@PoorPocketsMcNewHold or anyone else who happen to speak French.
You can only alos 250 characters in the add-on description, so that's why I had to shorten this:
Simplifie le suivi ou l'interaction avec d'autres utilisateurs sur des instances Mastodon distantes dans le Fediverse. Il saute le popup "Entrez votre nom de compte Mastodon" et vous amène à votre propre instance "Maison", sans entrer votre identifiant Mastodon sur les instances distantes.
to this:

v1.4 is to be released, soon, as there is a quite important fix in there (#71). What's due is likely only Changelog translations, not a lot of UI stuff has changed.
ETA for a release is June 24, 2022.
