Add CPC logo

Here's the logo:

• Add a new row at bottom of sponsors/partners section.
• Adjust the style sheet accordingly so it's sized properly (fixed height if window width is > 768 px and fixed/auto width if window width is <= 768 px)
• Link it back to CPC Ryerson FB Group website https://www.facebook.com/groups/392464840953987/about/

Refer to the styling of other logos as examples. This one should be about same size as the IEEE/LUG logos.
