When my device's battery ran out, I replaced it with a non-original battery. I couldn't solve the problem that started after that. When you take the battery out of the socket and wait for a while, the device works, but after cleaning it once, it does not charge the battery. Then I take out the battery again, wait a little bit, plug it in, it works again. There is no problem with the capacity and current of the battery. There seems to be a software problem. How can I solve this problem?
