ID conflict for Proteus (Dimension)

I know this is posted already but i wanted to do it properly.

Explanation of issue: Proteus (pmoon/dimension) is having a ID issue wich prevents players from teleporting/flying to it.

How to recreate this issue: just open the Map with M and you see its Tier 6 but marked red.
