please include license file in pypi tarball

Hi, I am packaging pyls_black for fedora.
Can you please include the license file in pypi release tarball moving forward?

@nonamedotc thanks for creating the Fedora package, 0.4.7 (and future releases) have the LICENSE file included in the .tar.gz.
