Fastsdcpu doesn't use all cpu cores and threads and doesn't use maximum cpu frequency

Fastsdcpu utilizes only 50%-60% of cpu cores/threads and doesn't run on maximum cpu frequency. For example, my cpu has 8 cores and 8 threads and it's maximum frequency without turbo-boost is 2.0ghz. When i generate images using fastsdcpu my amd hardware monitoring app shows info about cpu usage: amount of working cores/threads varies from 50% to 60% and frequency varies from 1.4 to 1.9ghz. Other image generation apps use 99-100% of cpu cores/threads and run generation at maximum cpu frequency (2.0ghz in my case). Please, add ability to set amount of working cores/threads and ability to set maximum cpu frequency. Because working only on half threads/frequency drastically slows down image generation.
