Rustfest program pitch

I feel we should, have a pitch that

• introduces rustbridge in general
• our program (topics, timing)
• the audience (rust beginners, absolute beginners may have to be pointed to the preliminary stage of what we can offer)
• links to getting started material, as soon as we have it

i fancy this either as part of the rustfest page or as an event item on our preliminary landing page.
