Agenda item proposal: Figuring out what to do about https://github.com/rust-unofficial/ .
Background:
The comm team long ago started that organization as a way to hold and "bare minimum maintain" projects the community uses that aren't being maintained anymore. Folks who can't maintain their projects are encouraged to transfer to this repo, where smaller PRs and things will be merged until someone steps up to take over.
We should work towards figuring out what to do with this, and if we decide to run this as an official project, we should give it a subteam parent and put it on the new website (etc).

In case you want some prior art, there’s a similar effort in the Python world called Jazzband: https://jazzband.co/
