Current Behavior

I have many crate projects. Today I modified my GitHub username and path, and also updated the repository address in the toml configuration files accordingly. Initially, I was able to submit and publish normally, but later I encountered some issues. On the crate.io project page, I can see the version but it shows "recoverable-spawn v3.7.10 appears to have no README.md file" and there is no docs link in the sidebar. Is it being rate limited? If so, what is the speed limit and what is the unit?

it looks like our background worker that renders the readme files has had a rough day. we'll look into it.
