Error processing mnemonic Bip32

I have an ng.wallet for desktop and all of a sudden,couldn’t access my wallet. When i tried to import the wallet through seedphrase i get this error message. i know my seedphrase was written down correctly but it keep saying that my seedphrase were wrong.
Please how do i resolve this issue. i have also tried importing the wallet through kaspium but it generated new addresses without showing my balance.
