clarify the relationship between this and servo/highfive and @rust-highfive

from reading #35 and servo/highfive#13 I worked out that that both this fork and servo/highfive are "alive" and that this one is the what drives @rust-highfive.

I think this should be clarified somewhere reasonably prominently, like the README, maybe even the repo description.
