Output of resulting .tex file

When i normall use latexdiff, i do something like

latexdiff draft.tex revision.tex > diff.tex

which yields a .tex file. Is there any way to do the same with latexdiff, i.e. to get the .tex file rather than a .pdf file? If not, i would suggest to add a such feature.
