is npmjs rewriting nodei.co badge parameters?
comparing https://www.npmjs.org/package/grunt-mocha-istanbul and https://github.com/pocesar/grunt-mocha-istanbul they are clearly different (including david-dm badge). or nodei.co serves a different image when it's being view on npmjs?

I emailed support@npmjs.com about this; they are stripping out the querystring and I have no idea if this is a bug or intentional. /cc @ceejbot
