Support for Kibana SSL authentication

Is there support for SSL authentication with Kibana?

I do see in the config documentation there are properties for Elasticsearch PKI cert and key files but Kibana is not mentioned. Also, I don't see a property for the certificate authorities file.

Hello,
Please add pem file (ca.cert) and use MONSTACHE_ES_PEM environment value is the absolute path to this file.
